Brady has spent years representing cities, school districts, businesses, and individuals in complex governmental legal issues.

As a BYU adjunct professor of ethics and business law, Brady has helped students understand integrity in public service, ethical leadership, and the principles that help organizations succeed.

Local Planning Experience

Brady served for more than five years on the Highland City Planning Commission, working through important issues involving growth, zoning, and development.

Outdoor and Recreation Advocate

As a board member of The Great Outdoors Fund, Brady provided legal insight to help protect access to the outdoors and enhance recreation infrastructure.

Small Business Owner

Brady understands the growth and infrastructure challenges facing our community, as well as the importance of responsible spending and sound fiscal policy.

Education and Public Service

Brady earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration from BYU, along with a bachelor’s degree in American Studies. He has served in both the Utah House and the Utah Senate.

Family First

Brady and his wife, Nicki, are raising their five children here in Northern Utah County.

Their family includes Talmage and Ella, Beckham, and twins Jack and Hadley. Yes, two sets of twins has made life busy and full.

His family is the reason he serves. It shapes his priorities, guides his decisions, and keeps him focused on building a stronger future for the next generation.
